Open Doors

Open Doors provides home-based temporary services for at-risk substance use females that are pregnant, post partum or parenting. The temporary assistance is designed to help needy families achieve self-sufficiency while remaining in their home.

Program Services

Open Doors clients gain access to the services provided by Keystone Hall and the other member agencies of the Partnership for Successful Living, including:

  • Food & Clothing & Household Goods
  • Rental & Utility Assistance
  • Housing Stabilization Assistance
  • Personal Care Items
  • Child Care and Transportation
  • Substance Use Disorder Treatment
  • Counseling & Case Management
  • Family Therapy & Peer Support
  • Job Retention

Open Doors is funded by NH Department of Health and Human Services.


To enroll in the Open Doors program, a potential client must meet the following criteria:

  • Women Experiencing Substance Use
  • Pregnant and Parenting Women
  • Low Income
